Amended Resolution 600B
Dear Costumer,
IATA Resolution 600B specifies an amendment to the conditions of the Constract printed on the reverse of all airway bills.
Please be informed that effective December 30th 2009; the limitation of liability limit of 17SDRs will increase to 19SDRs per filogram for destruction, loss, delay or damage to Cargo.
TACA Cargo will continue to use and accept current Stock Airway bills with the un-amended Resolution 600B provided that for any claims for loss, damage or delay of goods tendered after December 30th 2009 all will be processed under the Amended Resolution 600B Limitation of liability of 19SDR.
